I am not a chef or a nutritionist or professionally trained in any capacity in the kitchen. I am sure that i do not chop vegetables with the proper technique. Or any technique. So this blog is not about teaching, dieting, or pontificating.
I just like food and cooking. I also love to read about food and cooking. So in addition to sharing my grocery lists, menu “plans,” and stories from my kitchen, I will also review cookbooks and other food books. This won’t be a so much a place to get advice as it is to get encouragement. If you are intimidated by cooking fresh during the week, I hope this blog will inspire you to GET COOKING.
